Our organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced Freelance Marketing Analytics Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our marketing analytics efforts, using data to drive strategic decision-making and optimize our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a particular focus on utilizing analytics to drive business results. This role will involve working closely with our client services and project management teams, to provide actionable insights and recommendations.


1. Lead the development and execution of analytics strategies to support our marketing and sales objectives.
2. Develop and manage comprehensive reports and dashboards to track KPIs and provide insights into marketing performance.
3. Work closely with client service and project teams and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
4. Use SQL, Tableau, and Python to manipulate and analyze data, and to develop and automate reports and dashboards.
5. Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and develop analytics strategies to support these objectives.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in marketing analytics and apply these insights to our analytics strategies.


1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing analytics role, preferably in an advertising agency setting.
3. Proven experience with SEO, media analytics, Web Analytics, Google Analytics, and Data Analysis.
4. Strong proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Python.
5. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner.
7. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
8. Strong team player, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
9. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
10. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
11. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing analytics.
