|We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Data Entry/ administrative assistant with expertise in excel sheets and to join our team. This is a full-time position Responsibilities:
Utilize Excel to create, maintain, and update various reports, spreadsheets, and databases. Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including scheduling meetings, answering phones, and preparing documents.
Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
Organize and maintain files and records.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry administrative support roles, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry or related field.
Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self starter and Pro Active.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
