1. The right candidate will have a proven track record in sales experience, the ability to prioritize and organize effectively, the ability to implement sales efforts, powerful communication and interpersonal skills, sound business judgment, and reliable transportation.
2. Identify, create and implement a strategic territory business plan.
3. Develop long term customer relationships through selling Pre-Paid Job Posting Packages to Government Human Resources and Personnel departments.
4. Maintaining various sales tracking reports and for keeping the Branch Manager and Regional Manager apprised of sales activities.
5. You will be developing new business through research and prospecting, and calling on accounts via telephone and or in-person visits.

Qualifications:

1. BS., preferably in Business Administration
2. Create and implement a strategic territory business plan
3. 3 years minimum inside sales/telemarketing experience
4. Proven track record showing performance in the top percentile
5. Proven track record of longevity
6. A dedicated and hard worker with a healthy positive attitude towards individual, team and company goals
7. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desired Qualifications:

1. 1-2 years experience working in a Personnel Department, great for former recruiters
2. 2-3 years experience selling services to Government entities
3. Experience selling Recruitment Advertising for a major job board is a BIG plus!

Advancement:
We offer plenty of room for advancement within the company and prefer to promote from within. Sales Rep's can advance to Sr. Sales Reps and salaried Regional Management.
